Today is just less than a week away from the joy of Thanksgiving and the wonders of the Christmas season are about to begin. What are we to be thankful for? Well we live in a semi free country where Government workers are now free to pat you down in your most private area of your body. One of those warm fuzzy free feeling events in your life. Now that will make one feel kinda have some second thoughts about traveling? Having a government worker touch you in such a way? If I was a Honeymooner I might feel jealous that a TSA worker would do such a thing, to my bride? But what can you expect from the Government who brought you the IRS!
I thank God that we are not flying this coming holiday season. But what it seems to me the government is making it more and more difficult to travel in this country. The rising travel cost, the invasion of privacy, and the cost of even visiting tourist attractions. It certainly seems that the elite in this country are now imposing penalties that making Americans discover the low cost of staying home? Don't want any unnecessary traveling you know, might increase Global warming and destroy the environment.
As for my family, we are staying home relaxing and having a good Thanksgiving. No body scans, no telling us to get into one line or another just stay home and watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade... With all the security all the elites will enjoy it!


I wonder did that pat down or give that Turkey of ours a full body scan, before sending it to our store?

For example, The loon Florida Rep. Alan Grayson has lost his job after a single term. This man lost by 20 points to Dan Webster. Webster demolished Grayson.

Grayson, the loon, could help anopther loon, MSNBC Ed Schultz in the ratings to get nowhere. Grayson’s talents however shouldn’t be wasted, perhaps one of the many Orlando Amusement parks might hire him for on of those characters that walk around greeting guest. Would you appreiate a character dress a a jackass telling your kids to die quickly?

Then of course we have our soon to be retire, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi who told the American people that: “They would have to wait to see what is in this infamous Health care bill. Doesn’t that give you that warm fuzzy feeling all over? Do you think she has the guts to push all the Progressive Socialist program in the next two months?

Be careful what we wish for this woman, along with Senator Reid is dangerous and could do just that. Problem is they don’t have the votes now in the Senate. This Lame duck section will be just that Lame in so many ways. We need to be on our toes or at least watching these loons with a very careful eye!

In all the Loony Democrat party lost big last night, But the real question is, is it better to have the Loons remain in Congress or let them loose? How dangerous can a Ambulance chaser like Grayson be our in the streets? The Deterioration of Knott’s Berry Farm

In 1997, the Knotts family sold Knott’s Berry Farm to Cedar Fair. I had fears that the park would deteriorate. My fears come true when a friend of mine came back this summer and said this sentence! "The Damn place is dirty!" What a glowing recommendation!

My Grandparents met Walter Knotts back in the early sixties and I have visited there many times growing up. It was a fun place and the haunted shack was Hilarious. It was a entertaining place I still believe it had the best Log ride up until Splash Mountain came around.


But the real problem was that after Walter Knotts had pass away, the part began it long run to deterioration and needed something to happen since no one including the Knott's family care to do so! When the Knott’s family were given an opportunity to sell the park to The Walt Disney Company. The park would have been amalgamated into the Disneyland Resort.
The Knotts refused to sell the park to Disney out of fear that most of what Walter Knotts had built would be eliminated, but ironically, Cedar Fair ended up eliminating more than would Disney would have done! The park would have been kept clear, and the parking problem Knott's berry farm had would have been solved!

The Knott’s Family could have assisted that Disney keep the name “Knott’s Berry Farm” and perhaps add Disney’s Knott’s Berry Farm. It would have been a crown Jewell to the Disneyland Resort label and with added new Disney Rides and even perhaps extending the monorail to Knott’s the longevity of the park would have been sealed

But currently the Knott’s Berry Farm could end up going the way of Coney Island, the owners seem to careless! And Cedar Fair well who should stay back east where they belong!

The Leftist Jesus?

This past week a close friend of mine who describes himself as a “Progressive” send me a link which I am happy to enclosed in this blog. The link is suppose to be a Religious site describing Jesus as a liberal. Puzzlement came over me when I looked at this site. (http://www.jesusisaliberal.org/)

The first clue of this groups agenda is to paint religious people as intolerant, reading the first paragraph you then realized that they simply are not willing to except any interpretation of who Jesus really was. We read the following:
“We created this website because we believe the historical, Biblically documented teachings of Jesus Christ clearly show that Jesus is a Liberal. His philosophy, based in compassion, equality, inclusion, forgiveness, tolerance, peace and - most importantly - love, is 100% Liberal.”


The Many flaws in interpreting such statements as policy statements on how a nation should behave is that Jesus was speaking about the life of the individual not about Nations.

The real confusion seems that Jesus for the most part wasn’t taking about Nations, but Individuals. Jesus was more interested in the individual than national policies. Going to Ricks College, Now BYU Idaho, Religious Professors put a great amount of emphases and time, that Jesus was in essence a religious Jew who knew and believed in his Hebrew Bible, which contains verses such as this one from Psalms:

"Those of you who love God must hate evil."

This shows up so many times in the Bible how orthodox Christ was. Jesus was could be very much consider very orthodox and very conservative in his belief in religious conformity. Driving out the merchants out of the Temple was a prime example of how orthodox and conservative Jesus was.

His teachings wasn’t about a Nation state, but how the individual was going to survive the hell, in those days, on earth, when human life was so easily discarded. Nothing confuses the Left more when discussing distinction between the State and Individual. They're understanding of Jesus is a good example. The Left often times would love to have our nation put this admonition of Jesus into practice:

"If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also."

Jesus was referring to interpersonal relations. It is important when trying to understand any portion of the Bible and for that matter even the Book of Mormon when reading the text to read a passage within the surrounding material. And biblical commentaries often put it, "Context is king." Interesting when noting what precedes and what follows this verse shows that it deals with attitudes and sometimes behaviors of individuals.

Jesus was always working on the Individual in such matters as anger against another individual in one's personal life, divorce, , giving to the poor, prayer, fasting, prioritizing, worrying, etc. So in essence, Jesus was talking about interpersonal relations and noted that in our relations with people in our lives. Can you ever imagine applying this to nations:

Should America have said to the the Japanese after they attacked Pearl Harbor?

"Now that you have attacked us in the West, please go right ahead and bomb our cities in the East"?

The idea that a country should offer its other cheek to an aggressor is simply immoral, not to mention suicidal.
Such thinking renders Jesus and the Christian Bible foolish. It also shows how hypocritical are the Left's attacks on religious conservatives for taking the Bible literally.

It is the Left that engages in a far more dangerous literalism when it applies Jesus' words to national policy. Besides literalism, another point of hypocrisy: The Left attacks the religious Right for threatening to replace our Republic with a theocracy that will impose fundamentalist Christianity on the nation. Yet the people who loathe conservatives for using Scripture have no difficulty with those who cite Jesus' words when arguing their positions, even when citing them incorrectly. They keep using the same poor excuse for raising taxes, abortions, so-called Health care and Gay Marriage and other leftist social programs that even at the time of Jesus would be hard to understand or believe in!

But this has nothing to do with Jesus, but to set a agenda towards leftist belief system and not the scriptures.

They’re real understanding the scriptures in nonexistence and simple minded. The above site, describe what seems to be another leftist site with hopes it to persuaded people who have no real understanding of Jesus Christ and the times he lived. Hard to believe someone would be so gullible to think that Conservative Religions would suddenly come into existence in Modern times. But the left doesn't understand for most part Catholics, Protestants, Mormons and Jews are the mainstream and this site is in actually so far off the beaten path it becomes dangerous to the uneducated!

Christ himself was a conservative, believing in love and personal responsibility, and that our sins, are our own and not society. That we take responsibility for children brought into the world rather than killing them, because they became a burden. The simple complexities of human life escape the leftist and they keep running back to the Bible combing it to find a way to justified their behavior.

When you look at this site, you can grow concerned about how they misrepresent not just scriptures as a whole, but other important documents in history, such as the Constitution. They have in effect declared that not only is the Constitution a living breathing document, but the Bible as well. Interpreting it as they wish, and justifying any thing in order to get their radical agenda pass. Their major goal is destroying people's faith, rather than up lifting it!

Makes for one screw up society in so many ways!

Time to Get Out of Afghanistan?

In Sept of 2009 George Will on ABC”s This express that we needed to pull out of Afghanistan, George Will Express on the Roundtable saying:

"we are going to have a debate and there will be plenty of brass on my side."

He quoted from a recent letter he received from Marine Commandant General Charles Krulak. In the letter, Krulak said he read Will's column and is in "total agreement" with his assessment. See letter HERE.

Kagan, Bill Kristol, Dan Senor and other conservatives will be weighing in later this week with this letter to President Obama:
"Mr. President, you have put in place the military leadership and sent the initial resources required to begin bringing this war to a successful conclusion. The military leadership has devised a strategy that will reverse the errors of previous years, free Afghans from the chains of tyranny, and keep America safe. We call on you to fully resource this effort, do everything possible to minimize the risk of failure, and to devote the necessary time to explain, soberly and comprehensively, to the American people the stakes in Afghanistan, the route to success, and the cost of defeat."

For this in this Blog I would have to agree with George Will interpretation of the situation we are seeing in Afghanistan. There is a undesirable situation that we as a country need to face up too, and that is a country that seems unwilling to resolved it’s eternal conflicts.

The political and social problems face fighting in that country and the unwillingness to come to terms in winning it! I am not describing Afghanistan, But our own country, but the United States! Our factions are far worse than anything the Afghans are facing. We liberal progressives who no willingness to fight and defend this country.

But it’s it’s certainly not just progressives who have lost their soul. It is the liberals progressives within the Republican party who cannot face the realities of the Dangers.

The Dangers we have are the progressive moment as a whole and in order to protect us from this moment I am suggesting a radical solution.

I believe we need to:

1) Bring home all Military from where they are, Korea, Europe everywhere including the hot zones,

2) I believe strongly we need to protect our borders, secure them.

3) We need to end Illegal Immigration from Mexico. Develop programs and polices that will defend our country .

George Will is right back then and he is still right now. It is time we realized the dangers our country face with people whose untinmate goals is to radicalized everything and anything in existence.

The progressive moment is the one reason to bring home our troops the dangers this moment represents. This is why I believe strongly in returning of our troops to the homeland, and end the welfare system given to the countries where are MIlitary currently resides.

We may face other dangers in the process of doing this, certainly securing our borders and fighting the the Neo-progressive moment is necessary. So in short we need to withdrawn from Afghanistan and return home to a unstable country, Mainly our own. We face far more dangers here, and nothing is important as protecting our freedoms from people willing to destroy them.

What does Ted Baxter and Barak Obama have in Common?

I am simply amazed how Liberal Progressives are so willing to find excuses for Presidents who have shown that they are utter failures! Jimmy Carter is a prime example of this and it looks like before President Obama gets kick out of office, they are already willing to resurrect his image.

\They are scambing to do so because how would it look if the very first black President of the US is a failure in nearly everything he touches. President Obama policies, he very nature seems to follow something started along time ago, when President Johnson and Democrats started the Great society.

Now in effect we have the product of that Great society in the person of Barak Obama. He is the Michael Jackson of Presidents. The first black President with no accomplishments and no real motivation to do anything, but play golf, have concerts and mingle with the very rich and famous. His talent is giving speeches and looking good.



He reminds me of a black Ted Baxter from the old Mary Taylor Moore show and he seems incapable of saying anything without the teleproter. His hope Presidency rest upon being able to make a great speech which it seem he beginning to faultier.

The American people are being to get tired of this poor excuse for a anchor man costume as a president. The General McChrystal affair show she disengage in the process of President. He seems from the Rolling Stone article to be so willing to run to gold course rather than doing the country’s Business. From what the staff told Rolling Stone Magazine McChrystal said told his staff about the President:

“Their first one-on-one meeting took place in the Oval Office four months later, after McChrystal got the Afghanistan job, and it didn't go much better. "It was a 10-minute photo op," says an adviser to McChrystal. "Obama clearly didn't know anything about him, who he was. Here's the guy who's going to run his f@%king war, but he didn't seem very engaged.”

Can we really expect more from this President who seems to not be engage in anything other than shooting hoops or running down the fairways of Golf Course? This President loves being President , but not really the job of being President.

Always Repent to the Lord

I don’t know,what make me reach out recently to write to a ole friend, except maybe I wanted to reconnect with friends I knew in college and rediscover them , but then I remember what Thomas Wolfe said in the book “October Fair” that " You Can't Go Home Again!"

I don’t understand alllot of things in life and after careful consideration, I am not sure what to make of this friendship. In contacting this friend, and still consider her a friend, I wanted to relay to her that I may have done wrong to her and others, but I repented.

So often we think people will except that as a given, but it is not to be. Mormon Church Elder Neal Andersen of the quorum of Twelve Apostles writes that:

”the invitation to repent is rarely a voice of chastisement but rather a loving appeal to turn around and to “re-turn” toward God.” :

I have come to that point in my life and I have spend allot of times wondering if I would receive forgiveness from my friends, who I offended in not realizing that forgiveness will not come from the them, but the Lord. They often times use friendship as a weapon to exact punishment, when they cannot in anyway use it as such!

Paraphrasing what would Elder Ansersen would say: The Lord’s has desire for us to come to Him and be wrapped in His arms is often an invitation to repent.

“Behold, he sendeth an invitation unto all men, for the arms of mercy are extended towards them, and he saith: Repent, and I will receive you.” Alma 5:33.

What I discovered is that sometimes friends are fair weather and the Lord is not. I not perfect, and I not willing to sit and cry because I can get forgiveness from a friend. Their unwillingness is their problem, not mine. I am amazed that the Lord has embrace me and has shown mercy to me, no matter how selfish the sin was. I know that the Lord has forgiven me and he is eager to forgive my sins.

As marvel at the privilege for me to turn away from my sins I most say that I value real forgiveness and fruits of the gospel, and removing and the pain my heart. Jesus declares,guilt

“Will ye not now return unto me, and repent of your sins, and be converted, that I may heal you?”3 Nephi 9:13.

My ole friend may not forgiven me and the walls to that friendship was up to her. I may have not made myself clear to her, but I discovered that it friends do not forgive they themselves have to answer to the Lord. I have done my part forgiven them, and that is all I can do! I’ve done my best I was a true friend to them. I remember what the Lord has asked us!

Not sure they can say the same thing? I willing to asked for forgiveness, , but I come to realized it really isn't important who the reply comes from, either the person I done wrong too, or from the Lord? It really doesn't matter!

American Exceptionalism to the Rescue?

Today, I came across a student who claim that My teaching of the belief in American Exceptionalism was incorrect. His theory was that our country was no different than any other country, and the whole concept of American Exceptionalism was putting one culture down while elevating another to a status it did not deserved. As I observe the American left doesn’t want the United States to be a exceptional country in comparison to other countries. But in many ways, we are so different, than any country in the world, from a written constitution to the very make up of our institutions.

A brief history of "American Exceptionalism" is needed, it was coined by the Frenchman, Alexis de Tocqueville, in Democracy in America. Tocqueville however in one way did not really understand the very meaning of the words , and could not understand since coming from a culture where a Republican form of government was alien to them. In the time Tocqueville arrived on the shores of America, A Republican form of government was only a dream. The only form known to mankind disappeared and became obsolete or self destructive generations ago, before in Rome and Greece.

Exceptionalism in context is maybe interpreted as "...qualitatively different from all other countries." And in many ways this country is exactly that! We are a nation of immigrants whose abilities has so move the world that in less than 200 years, the way of life so improved. In Democracy in America, Tocqueville identified five values crucial to America's success as a republic:
(1) liberty (2) egalitarianism, (3) individualism, (4)populism and (5) laissez-faire

These concepts constitute what is known as the American Creed. Tocqueville understood some of these values as being reflective of the absence of feudal and hierarchical structures such as monarchies and aristocracies.

In doing so, Tocqueville hit exactly upon what this country is and how we as a country is so different and valuable to the world. We just didn’t become a melting pot we became more than that, a distinct individual united in a cause not just in peace but in values.

Whe you look at the progressive left that they devalued the reasons of our Republic. It is becoming more clear that some in this country are afraid to use the term “American Exceptionism”. It took nearly from the time of Christ to the late 19th century the world to go from horse and buggy, and less than 150 years for the United States to develop the world. Good and bad the U.S. was the catalyst. to developed many cures to world problems. Yes, some problems may have never worked out some may take many generations, and yes war and rumors of wars, will be a menace to our world.

But the United States with it unique form of Government is by far the saving grace for the world. American Exceptionalism is not just a coin word, but the truth of what this nation was founded on and what it can become again. the rest of the world keeps falling back into either dictatorships, monarchies or outright socialist countries. The fall into a trap of less human freedoms and they demand for Government to become the nanny state, the servant of Government and not it's master!

Can the world learn from us is hard to know. No matter we have some how become a exceptional nation in the Mids of unexceptional ones, afraid to advance and become more than a "selfish people" asking for handout from Government! They become afraid when Government becomes more powerful and less responsive and dangerous to themselves. They asked for our help and the American exceptionalism to come to their rescue!

Are Progressives a Danger to Themselves?

Watching Progressives is interesting and confusing yet and little understanding about the moment can help. When it seems that some progressives really do understand the moment themselves!

Going back in history to Teddy Roosevelt to Woodrow Wilson to even pilot ace Charles Lindbergh and Joseph P. Kennedy we discovered who progressives are. Both Lindbergh and Kennedy admire Adolphe Hitler and wanted the US to make peace with Germany.

During May of 1938, Kennedy engaged in extensive discussions with the new German Ambassador to the Court of St. James's, Herbert von Dirksen. In the midst of these conversations (held without approval from the U.S. State Department), Kennedy advised von Dirksen that President Roosevelt was the victim of "Jewish influence" and was poorly informed as to the philosophy, ambitions and ideals of Hitler's regime. (The Nazi ambassador subsequently told his bosses that Kennedy was "Germany's best friend" in London.

Charles Lindbergh another Progressive told his followers that Hitler would defeat the United States in a war.

Both men show a side of progressivism that was not only anti Jew, but was willing to let Hitler destroy the Jews and that feeling is still in existence today. The Obama Administrations relationship with Israel is on a downward spire and has been since he enter office.

But talking to my progressive friends they seem lost unable to fix their beliefs in real understanding of what their leadership is doing? They do not understand the political beliefs of others when discussing other political philosophies.

They advocate extreme measures to silence their critics such as censorship and yet they find no reason that this would be wrong under the traditions of our founding documents ie bill of rights. Their beliefs that conservatives and independents such as Limbaugh, O’Reilly,Hannity and Beck are committing sedition against the government or the people is amazing if it isn’t strange.

And yet, the real sedition when describing their own cause can be said to be even stranger when dealing with themselves. The average progressive seem to distance or himself from the very cause they advocate, and they seem to be abandoning Obama in droves realizing that the interjectional progressives are moving away from them.
They seem to be splitting the movement and the extreme progressive left is Fracturing.

They have become disillusion, they feel the Obama is not fulfilling their dreams. They wanting George W. Bush and many others arrested, but they cannot agree among their ranks why? They want all their programs enacted by Congress and signed by the President, but they have no Idea how to do so and they cannot agree among themselves the way to do it.

The slam the Tea Party movement and doing so annienate the people of the Uni tied States and the process they keep losing from Virgina to New Jersey to Massachusetts. They have no idea the reasons they keep losing.

They say that the people want change and yet they do not realized the change they want is from the progressive movement!

The Tea Party movement rupturing the progressive movement and again as they did in the 1920’s it could move underground as the progressives did and rename themselves “Liberal”.

However, I do not believe this will occur again. This is a fight for the American political system and the dangers of the progressive movement is come to the surface in so many ways.

The fight is on for 2010 and the American system of Government is at stake. Democrat progressive will not give up easily. They are fixated on moving away from the capitalist system. They are willing to overthrow the constitution in order to get what they want. They are in fact a danger to themselves and to the people of this country. They will not go quietly into the night, as they did in the 1920s.

Real Immigration Change we can live with?

Last week, I had a chance to witness a swearing in of legal Immigrants, and just outside the Federal courthouse where all this was going on I saw demonstrations against the new Arizona law. Seeing the judge swear in these people it became clear that these people were proud to be Americans and the ones yelling and screaming for rights were afraid. Afraid what this law represented , very much how I felt as a kid stealing candy from a supermarket, guilty and ashamed that your parents would find out or in this case society would.

These people want rights they may not be entitled too, My feelings are that we may have to not only change the laws that have not worked, but also the entire nature of the way we enforce them. Nearly no other nation on earth allow a civilian police force to enforce border laws in those countries. The jobs usually fall upon the military to ensure the border of the respective nations. I believe we need to go back to such enforcement.

We need also to issue Non Resident Birth certificates born to illegals in this country and in doing doing so fine both employers and employees for violating the laws of this country. We cannot continue being abuse as a nation by other nations, we end up being patsies!

Mexico it is est. makes billions off of Illegals being here, it has become a revenue they rely on in order to keep there economy a float, with hold that revenue source and real change occurs. The real political change in the Mexican government can only comes from pressure being apply by it citizens.

The only way to improve the situation in southwest US is to change the Mexican government. A real change we can live with!

The 26th Year old Accident?

I am amazed in one provision In the New health care Bill, I as a parent maybe required to keep my 26 year old on my insurance plan! Please be aware I do not nor will I let a 26 years old live in my house. Unless I crazier than the democrat progressive that wrote this bill! Exactly how nutty does these congressman and senators think I am? Well over 20 years ago we were told that if 18 years were able to fight in a war, they should be able to vote. Now we are told that they should remain on their parents insurance policy till they are 26?

Oh the torture of it all for these politicians to decide what is a adult and what isn’t? So if I am able to paid for my daughters health insurance then I should be able to express to her that she has to come to me it she accidentally get pregnant?

Oh no, you have a right to paid for it, but certainly not a right to know what she is doing 26 or not? Have we just simply lost our collective minds? The Progressives in this country are not using common sense in this bill along with all the bribery that when on it. What makes then think parents are so nice that they would leave such a idiotic, boneless portion to the bill, least we forget that they support a woman’s right to choose.

This bill also forces everyone to have insurance and fines them, a woman certainly has a right to choose, but the unless you stop breathing you do not!

Oh we going to have fun with this Law, By the way if I had my child still living in house, I be moving them out very soon, long before his or her 26 birthday. How mean am I! Maybe this would get parent to give a child the boot before 26 years old! I wonder if in a way this will become more of forcing you to either insure a child who still lives in a house or have the government tell you to insure every adult living with you related or not? Losing our liberties is so much fun!

The premise of the series is that people from all over the world blacks out for 2 minutes and 17 seconds, suddenly. During which time Planes fall out of the sky and billions people suddenly have a premonition of the future. The show become very eerie and confusing at times.pretty much like the U.S. Congress, and holds one attention to each episode.

Isn't it amazing of fiction resembles reality, with our current Speaker of the House which it seems blacks out at a drop of a hat! Not only is Nancy Pelosi aloof, but it seems obtuse and doesn’t know exactly what she is doing? Well maybe she does! But last year we found out that Speaker Pelosi had a blackout spell in 2001, and could not remember intelligence briefings she had concerning water boarding and in fact seem unable to remember that she even was aware that it occurred? Or was she aware and couldn't remember being aware of it?

Could there be a explanation for this lack of memory? Could the Speaker suddenly be totally blackout like the Flash Forward series? My hunch is that the Speaker was in a trance similar to the flash forward, not knowing what she was doing. Perhaps even place her Botox face on her desk and drool her way to unconsciousness during her personal blackout? Must have lots of them lately?

Madame Speaker doesn’t seem now to remember much these days on what it going to cost the American people for this extreme radical health care measure up before Congress this coming Sunday, and if this is the case, she also is forgetting, Article 1, section 7 of the U.S. Constitution requiring a bill to be pass before both houses to be enacted?

Perhaps this phenomena is effecting the entire Progressive democratic caucus of of the House and Senate, and if this is the case, who can be behind it? Could it be Obama is behind it? Certainly seems like it, after all he was able to put aleast 52 million people in a trance in 1998! Another Blackout flash forward date! Not sure I remember that day or want too!

Is it a Flash Forward situation that our poor Democratic friends are suffering from? A immediate investigation should be started to find out where the heck is this device thats makes our Speaker and even Majority leader Harry Reid resemble loons of the highest order?

Or is it that this is a normal reaction, and not a Flash Forward situation after all? No one is that crazy?

Does the ends Justify the Means?

Today the CBO released what the cost of the current Senate bill running through the House and back to the Senate. 950 billion is not the end of this bill in only the beginning. It reminds me of the old joke that when a Housewife told he husband “Honey we can’t be broke, I still have checks!”

Democratic leaders are defending their possible use of a congressional maneuver to avoid a traditional vote on health care. The gimmick to force their radical health agenda on everyone is the so-called “Slaughter Solution,” cooked-up by liberal Congresswoman Louise Slaughter.

Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat’s caldron of sneaky legislative tricks truly has no bottom. It allows the House to pass Obamacare without having to cast a direct vote for the actual legislation, but instead vote on a rule deeming the Senate bill enacted. The Democratic solution would violate Article I, Section 7, of the Constitution requiring that a bill must pass both houses of Congress to become a law.

Oh certainly Pelosi believes the "Slaughter Solution" gives wavering House members political cover, because they’ll pretend to vote on a “rule” -- and not have to vote directly on the radical Obamacare bill itself. This is nothing short of a subversion of our constitutional principles. The Slaughter Solution is one of the sleaziest scams in the history of Washington political corruption and it tells the American people that Pelosi’s promise to have a clean Congress was just window dewssing for a corrupt one.

The Slaughter Solution strikes at the very heart of America’s Constitution – how our nation of laws creates its laws. But it seems that our President isn’t interested in corruption being formulated in congress when yesterday he told Bret Baier of Fox News:

"I don't spend a lot of time worrying about what the procedural rules are in the House or Senate."

But members of Congress and the American people have been given repeated assurances they would have at least 72 hours to look at the final language and numbers. Mr. Obama may not spend much time fretting about whether that promise is kept, but voters may think otherwise. They may decide this November that this is one of the most corrupt congresses in history and one that needs to clean out.

Yesterday, the State of Idaho voted and send to their Governor a measure and was sign requiring the state attorney general to sue the federal government if residents are forced to buy health insurance. But also many organizations as well plan to file suit against the Government over the Pelosi-Reid Obama tactics in passing this bill. The momentum is coming and if the Democrat Liberal progressives shove this down the throats of the American people, all hell will break lose. No time in history except the Civil War would democrats suffer a defect the likes as they will in November.

Some analyst claim that repeal of this bill would not be possible, my feelings is that if this Bill is pass and sign illegibly by Obama that it will not only taint his presidency for the last two years, but end it. It will prolong the recession and he will never recover. But it seems they simply do not care. Losing members and their seats are no concerned for them in likes of getting this fascist bill through the congress. The progressives believe that the ends justify the means and the changes they like to enact in American society. They are not out to save the country, not to protect the constitution, but simply to push it aside because it has become useless and ineffective and doesn't apply to modern society.
This one of the most dangerous events in the history of our Republic. I urge people to call your representatives to vote against this bill. Will we recover from this President and Congress and save our Constitution?

Giving the Democrats the boot?

To Date, the Democrats have Use nearly every excuse, why that Nearly everything they try is not clicking with the American people, From Cap and Trade to Health care, they have been stop in their track from passing it. And who pray tell, do they have to blame for this? Was is those evil rascally Republicans? No, was it the tea party people or the Town hall people who cause them to miss out on health care? No! Sorry folks, it was their own party, the Democrat party, who seems to be putting the brakes and the road blocks.

Sure their is Republican opposition to the bills they want to force on the American people, but in all the American people have force the moderate and conservative democrats to oppose this and told them that their careers are on the line if they choose to continue down this road. Their excuses seem more like a child who complains to his parents that they do not understand.

Meanwhile the left lending media keep on hoping that name calling will help their cause in promoting the socialist programs of this president. Claiming how radical conservatives are, and yet have they not even considered looking in the mirror? Conservatives and libertarians should not be afraid of telling the truth in describing Obama and the Democrats as a socialist. However, my personal opinion is that he is far more leftist than being a run of the meal liberal. The progressive agenda in both parties, as we know traces it roots to fascism.

Then of course, we have the democrats, with a small d, who came into office claiming the would change everything and for two years they have played new games of blame Republican whose majority couldn't stop anything. Pelosi said the following:




As for Healthcare , the Democrats are now using the old, well once we pass it, than the American people will see how smart we were and go along with it? Or even better they used the lame excuse that the American people by voting in Scott Brown were asking for more change, the exact opposite of what he was elected to do. They believe that Obama wasn’t liberal enough and they want to force this issue down the American people’s throats, even when poll after poll show that that the American people are against this health care measure.

In all President Obama and the democrats have kept on this slippery slop to the point the democrats losing their majority and Obama himself my run his presidency into the same ground as Jimmy Carter did. And the President and Democrats have continue to degrade the American people. And the American people may in November give them the boot.

Move-on.org Anti Freedom of Speech!

This weeks ruling that Corporations had freedom of speech has made George Soro’s Move-on. org. very un happy and the reason are quite clear! They do not want the competition.
The ruling would in effect give Move on and other like minded organizations real competition that it never had.

In a release by move-on we read the following:

Their 5-4 decision gives corporations free rein to spend unlimited amounts of money on elections.”

and then they cry:

“It's a horrible decision. But we can undo some of the damage if Congress passes public financing of elections, which would give progressives and populists who don't have industry backing the ability to compete. There is already a public financing bill, the Fair Elections Now Act, with significant, bipartisan support.2 Congress, which right now desperately needs to show that it's on the side of the voters instead of corporate interests, should rush to pass it.”

That's right folks they want to spend our money to have what they can Public financing of elections. Come on folks let me have your money so we can spread it around to candidates that are in a word un-american! Surely, you like that, wouldn't you?

George Soro wouldn’t want to keep spending his own money on the disastrous accomplishments of organizations like Move-0n.org. Certainly with the bankruptcy of Air “Head” America the limits of their message is really not taking off with the American people.

Scott Brown’s election last week proved that the liberal democrats are not getting the message that the American people want them to hear.

Allot corporations made up of people in this country to speak their minds is freedom of speech and Mr. Soro’s will have to dig alittle deeper to get their liberal progressive socialist message out.

but we all know Moveon.org doesn't want to compete with other people's ideas. They are afraid of them, much like Hitler was when he oppose other political parties including the Communist. This is of course a country of Ideas, but to moveon, it is only their Ideas that have any merit.

This is time for Conservatives to now bring the truth out to the American people, the freedom that our Founding Fathers would encourage us to do, and that we all speak our minds, right or wrong. Something that Moveon.org cannot stand! Freedom of Speech!

In a Press release today Air America decided to, well let them say it:

“It is with the greatest regret, on behalf of our Board, that we must announce that Air America Media is ceasing its live programming operations as of this afternoon”

Oh my Put those poor people out to work, it goes on:

“and that the Company will file soon under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code to carry out an orderly winding-down of the business.”

OH MY RUSH, GLENN AND HANNITY must be crying!
The very difficult economic environment has had a significant impact on Air America's business.”
Could it be that Air America’s Radical belief could not compete with Conservative talk, which seems to be doing fine in the difficult economic environment!

“Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thrusday that she lacks the votes to quickly move the Senate's sweeping health overhaul bill through the House, a potentially devastating blow to President Barack Obama's signature issue.
Pelosi, D-Calif., made the comment to reporters after House Democrats held a closed-door meeting at which participants vented frustration with the Senate's massive version of the legislation.
Her concession meant there was little hope for a White House-backed plan to quickly push the Senate-approved health bill through the House, followed by a separate measure making changes sought by House members, such as easing the Senate's tax on higher-cost health plans. Such an approach would be "problematic," she said.

"In its present form without any changes I don't think it's possible to pass the Senate bill in the House," Pelosi said, adding, "I don't see the votes for it at this time."
Pelosi's remarks signaled that advancing health legislation through Congress will likely be a lengthy process — despite Democrats' desire for a quick election-year pivot to address jobs and the economy, which polls show are the public's top concern. "We're not in a big rush," Pelosi said. "Pause, reflect."

Please don’t think this is the time to celebrate and be careful these progressives are not to be trusted.

Is the Democrats Super-Majority about to End?

This week we see signs that the liberal Progressive are worry about there super majority, Whether the Democrats want to admit it or not. You see far left organizations such as Move-on.org appearing to members for money to stop the Republicans from taking the Late Senator Ted Kennedy’s seat. In a email expressing the following you read:

“And Republican Scott Brown? He's a "free enterprise advocate" who thinks the system works just fine. But he's giving Coakley a serious challenge. He promised, "As the 41st (Republican) senator I can stop a lot of this stuff in its tracks...”

Since when is being a believer in a free market system, a strike against a Person? Well certainly if you belong to a organization such as Move-on.org. Does anyone now believe that this organization isn’t socialist movement? I know that is a dirty word these days, but when you see what Move-on supports you got to come to a conclusion that it is Marxist.

They the Progressives are extremely worry that with state Sen. Scott Brown against a very weak Democrat Martha Coakley that this would show that they cannot hold back the avalanche of unsatisfied voters who see a danger in the liberal/progressive moment.

They are very afraid that will lose not just this seat, but others as well. Look at Senator Harry Reid’s seat in Nevada and the 10 points behind any leading Republican.

There is a chance they will lose not only health care. recent report have Brown neck and neck, and the reports are that he is 4 points ahead of Coakley and with Tuesdays’ election coming fast we are about to maybe see a turn around in the make up of not only health care, but every other Progressive agenda. Imagine Ted Kennedy's seat held by a Republican? But as Scott Brown said during the Debate, that this wasn't Ted Kennedy's seat, But the People's seat!

They are so afraid that they will lose this election and that they will telegram to Brown that his confirmation into the senate would come after Obama health care bill was pass. This desperation move either show signs that they know that losing the election or threatening he Brown that they do not care what the people of Massachusetts say after the Jan 19 election. But in a way they threaten the People of the Commonwealth that are voting wrong! Democratic Pollster Doug Schoen said on Fox News "Hannity Program" that everything is going for Brown to win and that the Democratic Party will lose more in the future.

One of the many reasons the House and senate may rush the so-called Health care reform through in order to get it thought before Brown is swore in.

But this shouldn’t surprise anyone, in as much as the Democrats are frighten this coming November election. Their super majority was gone when Republicans won in November with Virgina and New Jersey decided that Republicans were better able to run those state. Lets all hope that the Democrats do not cheat as have done in Minnesota.. But I wouldn’t put it pass them!

Mr Ed vs Mr Ed?

Almost fifty years ago executives at CBS decided that Sundays night needed some Interlectional programing, so they came up with a new concept and that was a "talking horse" by the name of Mr. Ed and it was a moderate hit. It certainly took the edge off the end of the weekend!

Last year, MSNBC started a spin off of Mr. Ed series and found a guy by the name of Ed Schultz. Ed is a rolly polly looking guy, reminds me of Michael Moore. They change the concept of the series, instead of finding a horse to host the program, they found a human being able to play the horse, or in other words be a horses ass!

Mr. Ed (Schultz) came from the Fargo, North Dakota area where he was know to be a hind end of a horse. He was known to be sportscaster for many of the teams in the State, and at one point started a riot at a local football game . Ed is in every way a opportunists and makes out to be a progressive liberal. But if he could make money being a conservative, he would and a carbon copy of Rush Limbaugh. Locate Towns People called him the town idiot and he tried to be conservative.

Callers used to call him and give him particular hell till one day he simply switched horses and started to preach liberalism.

Well it never really caught on, he was sort of comedy relief for People who listened to Rush. One Fargo resident said about Mr Ed:

“we got a kick out of the Ed as he tried to be the liberal Rush Limbaugh......I still chuckle when I hear the idiot.... I know he simply can’t make the grade no matter how hard he tries.”

Another person remark:

“Sadly much like the scarecrow (on the Wizard of Oz) he doesn’t have a brain. Much like a parrot he repeats everything he hears that he thinks will make good echo politics and gets paid for it. Well I guess it proves that in America even the biggest idiot can grow up to be a news star.”

The Mr. Ed Show however sees it ratings around 400 thousand on any given night. If you would like to know just have small a audience that is, towns like Fresno, Long Beach, California , and, Mesa Arizona has more people living within it borders than people who watch Ed. In comparison Fox News has programing nearly 2 million people nationwide.

What concerns me most about MSNBC, is the viewer is left with a warped, biased impression of what is going on in the world. One can take only so much in a single sitting listening to the delivery of news By Mr. Ed.

Segments where his sometimes calls every conservative out, for outrages statements in his psycho talk, but it seems the famous Mr Ed Schultz should listen to himself more often and perhaps Ed should be his feature target in the future.

Well lastly I wanted to report to you that of course the old Mr Ed show I found was popular and at the shows peak "Mr. Ed" commanded 47 percent of the viewing audience in its time slot. But the New Mr Ed show cannot Gardner more than a few hundred thousand. A line in the old Mr Ed theme should be used in the new spin off:

“People yakkity yak a streak and waste your time of day”

But Mr Ed Schultz should follow the next sentence in the theme:

“But Mister Ed will never speak unless he has something to say!”

Eddie boy you need to stop talking, your making a fool of yourself and the ratings sure show it!

Profiling One step closer to Safety?

This past few weeks we have seem a step up search not on the terrorist coming into this country, but the people of this country who fly on our nations airlines. The underwear bomber has frighten the administration to the point where they have decided to punish the American people.

Yes, I am saying that! No matter what the Terrorist are going to get on the planes and they will hijack them. THERE WILL BE PEOPLE KILLED! However, lets think differently concerning this threat against the US and the free world.

Sadly, if we are going to be safe with the flying public in the world, we are going to have to start to do a very nasty word and that is “Profile the people best capable to kill people.” That’s right we need to profile People from the middle east and other Islamic people.
I am sorry, But after allot of thought we need to start being realistic concerning the real world with terrorist doing their best to kill as many people as possible and doing it in a dramatic form.

We need to restrict people coming into this country from these countries, We need to stop immigration from countries who violate our countries nation security, whose immigration polices coming into their countries, that will effect our national security.

We do not need to spend Billions more dollars to make us Safe! we need to "Profile" and we need to do that NOW!

The Battle For Common Sense in Fatherhood!

Many Years ago, I was a divorce Dad trying to get fair visitation with very little success and discovering that how selfish and immature the whole system is. Recently a American Father who was trying to gain custody of his son whose mother who fled to Brazil bought back some very unpleasant memories. The memories of a mother who was out to cause pain to the father and disrupt the child's life in so many ways.

Many Americans were horrified how the Brazilian Court would with hold a father his right to his son, but in reality the American Courts are far more Barbaric than anything foreign, when it comes to Father’s rights. Typically we can see how destructive American courts can be to the family structure and without regard to the extended family and to the child's heritage! Grandparents who after a divorce do not see their grandchildren in any way shape or form.

With two-thirds of divorces initiated by women – thereby immediately casting the man as the "defendant" – and with courts overwhelmingly biased toward mother already, women are held both to be more naturally suited to nurturing and child-rearing, in practice the custody process typically amounts to a "power grab" by which fathers are forcibly separated from their children.

The fathers may have committed no crime; they may in fact be more dedicated than the mother to the marital stability that's in their kids' best interest, but no matter. The mother is rewarded for courageously having taken the "initiative" in the divorce – for having invited, that is, the power of the state to arbitrate in the most private areas of their family life. In other words they the "Mother" destroys the family and is given a big thank you by the powers to be, and becoming a burden to the state through increase welfare and social programs.

This type of barbaric behavior shown thought when dealing in my case everyday when I was trying to get fair visitation and in doing so my son’s mother did her best to lesson my role in the son’s life. My son this year turns 30 years old and I have not seen him in almost 18 years.

I was not invited to his graduation from High school, as I was not included in the normal events fathers who are not divorce. I was treated as a outsider in the very life of my son, from a system incapable in the State of Utah of enforcing the very laws it developed and had it’s judges rule on. And in fact I have not even till recently see a picture of my son! One picture in 18 years?

Child custody is in the stone age in this country and we see it every day with extreme high crime rates. Seven of the eight studies that used nationally representative data, for example, found that children in single-parent or other non-intact family structures were at greater risk of committing criminal or delinquent acts. Also a recent study shows increase of 13% in female-headed households would produce a doubling of the offense rate." (Osgood and Chambers 2000, p. 103)

We also see children of Divorce unable to separate from their mothers and unable to make decisions when it comes to the fathers or in life in general. They are stuck in a threatening situation growing up by the single parent whether it be a single mother or single father. A codependent situation occurs and what the child felt when younger reappears when they become adults.

'Harding of hearts' by parents, make it harder on the child and makes his life far more difficult then it has to be. Not letting the child grow up makes the child incapable of coping with normal situations in life. This I discovered most recently when I asked my son visit me and my family. I discovered his insecurities and I felt sorry for him when it comes to the pressures he most feel.

Sean Goldman the child in question, is not the only child that hasn’t gone through this type of child custody fight and we in this country need to realized that we cannot condemn Brazil’s courts when our justice system is so screw up in the first place. We have done nothing in this country to enforce Child visitation and custody laws.

We have made the mothers little tin plated dictators and not co equals in the development of the children that both parents bought into this world. We should discover that Motherhood isn’t a right to raise children and may be wrong for male children in comparison to female children.

Perhaps a real custody arrangement needs to develop with younger children be raised by the mother in their younger days and when they reach teenagers the fathers take over to finish off their development. Certainly single mothers do not have a good tract record with a huge percentage of children of divorce in prison coming from that type of household.

Alienation is a terrible thing to do to a child, but it seems that we have so many children so screw up by single motherhood that our society needs to rethink child custody arrangements. We see such high crime rates from non custodian fathers and mothers that certainly the unfairness of the situation contributes to it.

I am certainly happy that David Goldman got back his son, perhaps there is hope for his son, but sadly their is no hope for mine. As a adult my poor son, cannot make a decision without the help of his mother. The very sad thing about this is that a child of divorce so often repeats divorce when and if he or she gets marry, suffering through marriage and unable to cope with it complexities in the same matter as the child's parents.

Goldman prevail and got Sean back, but so often disinfected Fathers do give up seeing their children because of the roadblocks bought by both the Courts, and the hatred shown by the Mothers. They become scare by these actions and of course the only ones that suffer are the children, who become scare themselves, never knowing their Fathers and the love that is there.

Some would say how barbaric the Brazilian courts are. I would say, please don't judge them, until we can look at our own system, and get rid of the Barbarism by destructive parents!
